Built for the waiting room you cannot leave

US-only at launchUK launch on the roadmap. Email to be notified.

Across the US and UK, parents wait six to twenty-four months for a neurodevelopmental evaluation. During that wait, the school year keeps moving. Meetings happen. Decisions about your child get made with adjectives, not data. Waypoint EF is home-to-school documentation for that wait: fourteen days of short home practice becomes the kind of structured evidence a school team or evaluator actually responds to.

What we are

  • A structured daily practice tool for executive-function skills.
  • An observation log that turns into a printable evidence summary.
  • A letter generator that legally starts the school district’s response clock under IDEA Child Find.
  • A privacy-first product: nickname and age band only, no full name, no birthdate, no school name, and we do not store condition labels.

What we are not

  • Not an evaluation. Not a diagnosis. Not an assessment tool.
  • Not an IEP or 504 plan. Those are school-team artifacts under IDEA / §504.
  • Not a substitute for a qualified evaluator.
  • Not connected to any school district or government agency.

Where we sit

On the map of companies, we are education technology for the special-education pipeline — home-to-school documentation and advocacy tools — not health technology. Formally, we operate as an educational support service (NAICS 611710). We are deliberately not a digital-health product and not a medical device, and the product makes no claims about your child: it is structured documentation, not a diagnosis. That boundary is a design constraint, enforced in code, in copy, and in what we refuse to build.

Why we built this

Parents arrive at school meetings outgunned. The school has the binder, the data, the language. The parent has feelings and stories. That is not a fair conversation. Two weeks of structured home practice, logged consistently, changes the conversation. Now both sides are looking at numbers and percentages over time. Decisions improve.

The promises we make

  • Your data is yours. Export it any time as a single ZIP.
  • Delete-my-data deletes everything within thirty days.
  • No ads. No third-party trackers. No data sold or shared with brokers.
  • Every page that shows child observation data carries a plain-language disclaimer.
  • If we break a promise, we tell you within seventy-two hours.

Parent/self-reported observation data. Not a medical or psychological evaluation, not a diagnosis, and not an IEP or 504 plan. Use it as supporting documentation with your school team or a qualified evaluator. Crisis? Call or text 988.
